At first, no one realized someone had taken up residence in the derelict boat beneath the bridge. On quiet nights, faint glimmers of light would flicker nearby, giving rise to rumors of ghosts wandering below. Concerned that these lights might be caused by malfunctioning machines, Ponka and Zenis descended to investigate — only to discover a fisherman using the glow to lure fish. Since then, the residents have referred to this nameless, silent man simply as the "Lightman" — a fisherman who speaks little of his past and never claims a title.
A fisherman who lives in a derelict ship at the Dock, always wearing a hat with a light on it. Rumor has it, he's one of the earliest settlers in the area, who once lived in seclusion by the Crimson Bridge and witnessed the rise and fall of Doloc firsthand.
